After staying at GWL in KC we knew it would not be the same but did think we would have gotten a little better service. Only one day is given in the water park Overall not worth the money even for the short drive. Bed was like sleeping on a box spring and pillows were hard as a rock. After looking at mu Itinerary all it said was check in at 3 with no small print. Was told it was not guarunteed or promised. Check in was supposed to be 3 and we did not get room till 4:30. Ordered nachos and got mostly crumbs and when I complained they laughed and said the were using what’s left of the bag.
Food in water park was expensive (expected that) 4. Rooms looked nice and were laid out well.
